EA lets rip a second wailing power chord article image

No sooner had we got to grips with Harmonix's latest music-based title Rock Band, do the generous sods announce that a sequel is already on the way.

Landing this September, the game in itself is a great announcement. The best bit of news so far, however, is that all your downloaded tracks will work with the sequel - happy days!

With Guitar Hero: World Tour out at roughly the same time, expect a true battle of brands, who will emerge victorious?

With 15 million track downloads confirmed for Rock Band so far, it will be ineresting to see how the two games, square up.
